HERE ARE SOME IMPORTANT POLICIES
& PROCEDURES TO KEEP OUR
GUEST & STAFF SAFE!
1. FACEMASK REQUIRED:
Following the CDC's recommendation, all staff will
wear facemasks, and Guests are required to wear
a facemask to appointments and we ask you to wear
one that secures behind the ears.
2. TEMPERATURE CHECK:
Staff's temperature will be taken upon arrival with
a touchless thermometer; if they have a fever,
they will not work that day. Also, all Guest's
temperatures will be taken, those with a fever will
be kindly asked to return another day.
Acrylic sneeze guard barriers are installed at our front desks
4. STRICT APPOINTMENT TIME:
Our waiting area is currently closed, please arrive
at your appointment at the exact time schedule.
Should you arrive early, we ask that you wait in
your car until the precise time of your appointment.
Should your stylist run behind, we will send you back
to wait in your car and text you as soon as we are ready.
Appointment confirmations will be emailed or texted to guests.
6. NEW CAPE WITH EVERY GUEST:
Each guest will receive a fresh washed clean cape with Sanek Neck Strip.
7. MANICURES & PEDICURES:
Disposable manicure and pedicure kits will be utilized for each Guest’s service.
Restrooms have touchless faucets, touchless soap dispensers, and touchless paper towels.
We offer touchless payment with Apple pay and Google pay as an option.
10. NO PRINTED RECEIPTS:
Receipts will be emailed to guests.
11. WAITING AREA & SALON FLOOR:
We will limit the number of people in the building.
Enhanced cleaning, disinfection and sanitizing procedures using EPA registered disinfectants.
13. LIMITED PERSONAL BELONGINGS
+ NO ADDITIONAL FAMILY MEMBERS
Please keep the items that you bring into the salon to a minimum.
Our waiting area is currently closed, please do not arrive with
any family members or friends who are not receiving a service.
Additional hours and shifts added to limit the number of staff and guests in the salon.
15. SOCIAL DISTANCING:
Please keep your distance from other guests and the staff.
16. SCHEDULE AHEAD:
Appointments made online or by phone are required
and we are not able to accommodate walk-in
appointments at this time.
17. STAY HOME IF YOU’RE SICK:
If you are experiencing symptoms of any sickness,
please stay home and we will be happy to reschedule
