Executive Vice President
Kevin began his career in the professional cosmetology industry in the late 80s after receiving a beeper for Christmas instead of a year-end bonus as promised while working at a beachfront resort on Treasure Island, Florida!
“I was so frustrated that day; I knew I needed a different career path. It just was by chance that I had a haircut scheduled the same day after work. My stylist laid down his shears and told me I needed to look into cosmetology; that it was the best profession in the world, and my income potential would be limited only by myself!”
Kevin became a licensed nail technician, then a full cosmetologist, and fell in love with the industry. He has never looked back!
“I was fortunate to have been chosen to educate others as a Redken National Artist, where I was introduced to a business program whose philosophy I still adhere to and teach this day. That is to work smarter, not harder, and to understand the business behind the chair. I know and value the powerful change education can have in a person’s life and continue to educate professionals in the fields of cosmetology arts and sciences.”
In 2002 Kevin was fortunate to meet Joyce Parker and Janet West, a mother-daughter team that owns and operates three salons and a cosmetology school in The Villages, Florida. He relocated to The Villages and started working with them. “We have been growing and expanding and changing lives in this great industry ever since!!”
