Born and raised in Ocala, Florida, Felicia Estrella is a mom of one with previous customer service experience working at a Marion County Tax Collector’s office. Being a stay at home for the past 2 years, she is happy to have the opportunity to get back in the workforce and rediscover herself as a reservation specialist. Felicia loves immersing herself in a salon environment and surrounding herself with teammates that uplift one another. Her favorite part about working in the beauty industry is the camaraderie she experiences with fellow staff and guests!
