4. "I`ve been coloring it myself and I`m not sure what`s on there." Thank you for telling us before we start. It’s good to know.

5. "I want low maintenance but I still want it to look good." The two are not mutually exclusive, we promise.

6. "I cry every time I get my hair cut short." We`ll go as slow as you need. You`re always in charge.

7. "I follow a lot of hair accounts and now I want everything." Bring the screenshots. All of them. We`ll sort it out together.

8. "I haven`t told anyone yet but I`m going through something and I just needed this." Chair time is sacred. Whatever you need today, we`ve got you.
